Having lived for 25 years in a wonderful forest in Auroville, I got to feel the rhythm and subtleties of the forest. And still now, every time there is something new to discover in the outside nature or in my inside nature.<\/p>

The forest helps me to consciously slow down and helps in refining my senses.<\/p>

If, I then open to the living wisdom of Nature, a subtle air almost, a Presence of the living, I feel myself, my body bathing in a conscious light of joy and beauty.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We offer private walks or sessions for individuals, for couples, families, or\u00a0 groups.<\/p>

– Integral Yoga, coming into Presence, conscious connection to the Divine within all.<\/p>

– Shinrin-Yoku, also called Forest Bathing.<\/p>

It is an approach where you take the time to reconnect with nature, with your body, your senses, feelings and emotions.\u00a0It has recently become one of the well appreciated techniques used to improve your mental health and wellness in an easy, well accessible way, for anyone, anywhere around the world.\u00a0<\/p>
